This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at any hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Incredibly pleasant hotel and great location. I Definitely suggest this hotel!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were there at all the hours. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Park Plaza County Hall London is situated in an exceedingly central placement, it’s clean as well as the beds are very comfy! There is only one thing I might propose going forward and that’s to offer additional hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I was very happy with this place and will surely recommend it to everyone wanting to head over to London.
